insurance-4If you have auto insurance, then more likely than not, you are familiar with that whole “miles to work break off” bit. You see, the miles it takes you to drive to work can actually put you into a very particular class, so you have to be very careful about how you answer your insurance agent when he or she asks you how many miles you have to drive in order to reach your workplace.

You should thus familiarize yourself with those different classes — it may be financially prudent for you to recheck that mileage to make sure you have it right.

You may also want to think about going with a yearly policy. Unlike having a six month policy, you end up paying less. Why? In short, it is because your rate will not undergo any changes for an entire year, whereas with six month policies, it is subject to change twice a year.
