Well, it is true that car insurance quote websites are super fast, but really … it is very hard to get the lowest possible rate out of them. The reason for that? Well, a hacker could break into the site and then give the lowest rate to anyone really … that is why you really have to take what the site says with a grain of salt and it is better to follow up with the company themselves.
The next myth? If you contact every single agent, you will get a better rate. Well, this one is not always the truth but if you do contact the agents, you do have a better chance of getting a really low rate.
