Now that we have talked a little bit about preparing your car or truck for the road, the next task is making sure that you pack away an emergency kit. This is just in case you do get into an accident or even just spin off the road. Snowy roads are definitely some of the most dangerous roads in the world and even if you have snow tires, that does not mean that you are going to be completely safe.
In your truck, you should make sure to have some extra clothing, just in case, some blankets, some snacks, beverages, matches, candles, flares, a radio, a long jumper cable, windshield scrapers, tow rope and finally a small shovel.
All of these things will insure that whatever happens, you and your family will be safe and can survive anything.
